Ms. Madura grew up in Glenview and attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Regina Dominican High School, and graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her B.S. in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, and a minor in Psychology. She taught sixth grade World History and Religion at St. James in Arlington Heights until she had her first child and became a stay at home mom. She raised her four children in Glenview and started back to work at Kensington preschool where she helped open the new location and taught two year old preschool. After that, she made the move to Glenview District 34, working in an Independent Life Skills class teaching children with autism. She worked there for five years and cherished watching her students thrive. She is extremely happy and excited to be back in preschool and at a Catholic School. [email protected]

Meghan Geldermann, PK4 Assistant

Ms. Geldermann is thrilled to rejoin the FHC faith-based school community! This school year, she is joining the early learners in the PAC. Ms. Geldermann, a University of Illinois grad, is a lifelong educator who loves to learn! Most recently, she worked at the Archdiocese of Chicago in a variety of roles in parishes and schools. Previously, she worked at a large Chicago charter network and taught in FHC's junior high and Chicago Public Schools. Aimee Meccia, Kindergarten Teacher

Aimee Meccia holds a BA from Saint Mary's College and a MAT from DePaul University. She's had the privilege of teaching students from New York to Chicago. Aimee is thrilled to be starting her eighth year at Faith Hope and treasures the faithfulness of our school community. She raised four children in Wilmette and is frequently spotted buzzing around town on her bike, walking two rambunctious dogs and reading at the beach.

Liz Sexton, Kindergarten Teacher

Ms. Sexton received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Saint Mary’s College. She earned her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University and taught at a local preschool for ten years before coming to FHC. Liz grew up in Wilmette and attended Catholic schools throughout her life. She is excited to teach at her alma mater, Faith Hope & Charity, and feels blessed to be a part of such a vibrant, supportive Catholic community. Liz has twins, loves the beach and spends her free time with her family and friends, her two golden retrievers, and her garden.

Kathy Elbert, Kindergarten Aide

Mrs. Kathy Elbert has been part of the Kindergarten team since 1987. She believes in Catholic education and enjoys teaching religion, values, and academics to young children. She is especially proud to see FHC students become successful young adults. [email protected]
